Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 17, 2013 4:22 pm Hi all, First let me introduce myself. My name is Paul and I work for an Australian company based in Guangdong China. We are a purchasing company and an import agent for anyone who wants to source or develop products in China but without the multitude of risks and hassles that go along with it. Most of our trade is with agricultural industries, metal fabrication and sanitary (bathtubs/vanities/toilets/sinks all with watermark cartification) based, we are also seeing increasing regular homeware orders. One thing many people are starting to realise that they can furnish their home builds entirely by importing from China for a fraction of what it would cost domestically. We frequently ship containers to Melbourne, Devonport and Sydney for new and existing builds. I am happy to give advice about the pros and cons of this if anyone is thinking about it in the future. Thanks for all the useful threads to date. -Paul 4 14292 Unless there is something in special conditions the builder does not have to give you timeline.
