Burbank Complete

Hi gents,

I'm a long time reader here but first time as a writer

So I decieded to build my first new home here in Australia, and after a few months "look around" I selected Burbank as a builder and The Hunt Club as place for living. I spoke with representative there and she calculated me the aproximate price for house&land package. The home design is Violet

I'd like to ask you guys here, does anyone have a positive/negative experience with this builder? Tricks in contract and hidden costs, etc....

We're building with them.
Great houses and plans but too bad about their lack of customer service.
Be warned - they are VERY BAD.
Take my advice, take the plans to another builder and go with them, otherwise youre just going to have heaps of problems and get ripped off.

Hmm, minor issue of Copyright here......And yes they will go after the builder.
