Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 13, 2013 11:35 am We recently bought a subdivided land (kuringai council) This lot was subdivided back in 1950s. My certifier says he cant approve through CDC as there is no access/drievway. He reckons any lot must be provided access from a constructed or dedicated public road. Any subdivision must have accessways. I dont know if this lot was originally provided access but it was many years back in 1950. I got road opening permit and driveway levels approved. But there are some trees in councils property which prohibit driveway to be constructed and my certifier wont approve. We want to go through CDC. Is TPO (tree preservation order) alone enough for getting the access approved or do we need to do a DA for driveway and trees (this might take long?) Thanks Hi all. I'm thinking of installing an electric gate in front of this street front villa (link below). The gate would be between the bush on the left and the letter box on… 0 2778 Thanks! I'm spoke to the builder I'm not sure if this is all true but basically went along the lines of they considered all options and if I was to compact and fill it… 2 7299 |
