The admin stage was a PITA, but once we went to site, we had an excellent supervisor. He really looked after us and even gave us his mobile number which we called when we needed to speak to him. Quality of build was great, and things were fixed without hassle. Things did go wrong, as things do when you build as there are a lot of trades involved, but we always had a good response from our supervisor and they were fixed. Been in 12 months now - very happy.
