We're building with Redink too. Dont really know what exactly they schedule at "scheduling". I would think they would schedule your trades and have a rough timeline of when things are booked to happen on your house. And not only should Redink be aware of this "schedule" but you would think that the trades people would also be aware? We had our slab go down and now they have no brickies suddenly...so I dont know what was actually scheduled? Hopefully they'll sort this by the time you're ready for bricks. It would be interesting to know what "scheduling" actually is...??? Re: Our first custom build with Redink in Evermore Heights 79Jun 12, 2013 10:12 pm rex777 Hi kols your plans look fantastic! It would be interesting to know what "scheduling" actually is...??? Thanx rex777 I can tell you what their scheduling means from one of my emails, it's to order all the materials which can take aprox 2wks (will be 2wks tomorrow & we are still in scheduling!), then they book the first available earthworker which will take another 2wks & then a concretor who will be onsite within 10 working days of the earthworker finishing up on site......hope that helps anyone. I hope they don't run out of brickies for our build either Our build is a little more complicated because the pool has to be dug, footings & plumbing etc. done before slab goes down and is a bit hard for them to all have a meeting to discuss prior to starting as we don't get a site supervisor until after slab.....so as soon as some movement is on site I have to let pool people know straight away! Hopefully it all goes smoothly OUR BUILD WITH Redink viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64097 TIMELINE & FINAL PLANS.........Page 1 SELECTIONS.......Page 2 Re: Our first custom build with Redink in Evermore Heights 80Jun 12, 2013 10:22 pm kols I can tell you what their scheduling means Thanks for that info very helpful Building in Myalup with Redink PCQ : Nov 2012 Prestart: 17 th March 2013 Builders Permit: Sept 2013 Completed build Aug 2014 viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67559 Hi, can anyone recommend a custom home builder who can build in north east area?
