You will just need glazing bead (most glass manufacturers should be able to supply this). In my opinion, it's also important to buy mirrors with safety (vinyl) backing. The frames do come apart and the beading can be reused. But after the hassles of having a mirror cut to size, transporting it and taking the door apart and putting it all back together (using a rubber mallet)... you're only really saving on the aluminium frame cost anyway.
