Are you happy with the overall process? We have to choose between Clarendon Ferndale MK 31 and Washington 29 !!!Getting the tenders from both of them as well Congratulations and your house looks amazing Jo Re: Building Washington 29 from Wisdom Home 548Jul 25, 2014 8:58 pm Thanks. I picked Avanti facade which is part of prestige facade. Wisdom'a admin is super slow and frustrating but their building process is really good and fast. I am really happy with their build quialiy as well. They build really good house. Have a read through my posts and feel free to ask any question. Re: Building Washington 29 from Wisdom Home 549Dec 23, 2014 12:51 pm Ok further update if anyone interested. It's been over 6 months we spent on our new house, yeah times goes really quickly. Wisdom completed the 13 weeks maintenance only few weeks ago. I don't know if I am lucky but there weren't many issues to fix for Wisdom : 1. Aircon zoning weren't working properly 2. One crack tile 3. few patching and touch up 4. One door wasn't closing properly 5. No landing on staircase. Wisdom fixed everything else except the staircase issue. As per my plan I suppose to have a landing on the staircase but Wisdom couldn't install the landing due to spacing. They also said it is per HIA requirement so I didn't say much. Apart from that everything is good. I will more update in the future as I believe it is still too early to guarantee the quality. I will provide another update when I reach one year. If you have any question feel free to PM me. I just moved in to our Wisdom Homes built house this week. How is the water pressure and hot water system works for you? I found the water pressure and hot water is not running consistently as it should. Sorry for the late reply. The water pressure is pretty good but then I built in a new suburb which is half empty. The hot water pressure start really slow then after 30 sec it's back to normal. May be it's norm with rheem instant hot water system. You can also check the main pressure switch next the meter and make sure it's opened all the way.
