Didn't really think about it until the plumbing was done and we saw it. Not sure what I think, but it doesn't really matter since we are not gonna try and change it. Seems to be like this in many display houses though. Thank you that's exactly what Im taking about we didn't really think about it until it was pointed out to me the other day.. There was really no discussion on where the taps were going do maybe the plumber and sale rep worked it out. I figured I read most of the fine details in the contract but oh we'll that one was missed. I think it will be ok I looked at it today and it looks like the only thing that would be a bit of a pain is if you had to add water while in it. Guess I will be making Sure its all full and correct temp before I get in didn't look odd as they changed the tap length which looked much better but will change to swivel tap if need be. Re: Advice on tap position for freestanding bath 13Mar 26, 2013 9:42 pm MalinViktoria It's a bit hard to tell from the picture, but is the tap obstructive at all, for when you get in/are in/get out of the bath? I personally would have preferred to have it on the same wall as the mixers. I think getting in and out will be ok as there is a large gap either side but agree if I had picked up on it in the first place I would of moved them. Re: Advice on tap position for freestanding bath 14Mar 27, 2013 6:11 pm after seeing your bath i am very excited to see how ours will look. Bathroom renovation will likely include a back-to-corner bath and we’re considering a freestanding tap with hand-held shower such as the picture included.
