Had to go out and buy or own! The SS had one for our inspections as we don't have a window in the toilet or bathroom but he took it with him!!! After three months we still don't have all the lights in Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 325Dec 13, 2013 10:38 am Hahaha fmac now that is cheap, I would have been stunned if the ss did that!!!! Awkwardly funny. My concern is all the outside globes are going to get pinched. building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 326Dec 13, 2013 9:19 pm Insulation went in today, site clean and the prep has started for paving to start next week! building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 327Dec 13, 2013 9:28 pm building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 329Dec 14, 2013 1:16 am Good one. coming along nicely Building in Myalup with Redink PCQ : Nov 2012 Prestart: 17 th March 2013 Builders Permit: Sept 2013 Completed build Aug 2014 viewtopic.php?f=31&t=67559 Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 330Dec 16, 2013 10:31 am Our houses look quite similar! Was RI competitive with pricing to do it for you? We're going with a dark tile throughout main living areas, would be so much easier to have RI do it and one less thing to coordinate. Our sales guy talked us out of it, but was going to refer us to a "friend" Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 337Dec 18, 2013 4:44 pm Ardie154- to be honest I'm not sure on the price comparison, I'm sure RI are more expensive but we were happy to put it all on the mortgage and save ourselves the hassle of doing it ourselves, probably a bit lazy! went up today and the airconditioner has been delivered, hopefully they get it in today or tomorrow so it doesn't get stolen! :-0 building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 338Dec 18, 2013 5:09 pm Thanks cedes. I wouldn't call it lazy, just efficient:-) we're sort of feeling the same way so might look into it. Seems easier and we're not looking for anything too fancy. Did you have much selection? Hope the a/c is still there! Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 339Dec 18, 2013 5:23 pm I can vouch that supplying your own tiler can be painful. Prob if you want basic ie; no increased height tiling, special tiles etc just go through redink. Save some headaches that's for sure. I got my own done because it gave me the freedom to do subway tiles. Redink uses a few tile shops (we went to imported ceramics) and couldn't fault the range. Anything above basic you will pay extra for Re: Redink Trinity, todays work 340Dec 18, 2013 5:38 pm We went to imported and the other one on the list (magic tiles, we liked them better) And found the ranges were great, we upgraded a few things and got Some extra tiling on the splash back and laundry that came in at $670. We got 450mm porcelain floor tiles as standard. building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Can you give advice on how to get missing certificates needed for a form 21? Our bank requires us to provide one but we are missing 4 building certificates from our first… 3 71779 yes it does, you've just not understood it. theres a difference. 4 5314 Your house should come in "as new" condition.
