The holes have been fixed up on the portico and side of house, must have been done on Thursday or Friday, when we went up Friday evening they had all been sorted relief!! No colorbond moment yet, and the weather ain't looking great this week for it!! Sending up a prayer to the weather gods to be kind one day this week so they can get it on!!!!! building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Re: Redink Trinity, electrical fit out & colorbond delivered 184Sep 22, 2013 9:28 pm From Thursday afternoon on is looking much better Re: Redink Trinity, electrical fit out & colorbond delivered 185Sep 23, 2013 12:42 pm To avoid Marmion you can go up Connolly and turn right at the roundabout onto Benenden - then you follow that all the way through to the turnoff at Axbridge. I do like the coastal view coming into Trinity from Marmion, but with all the roadworks at the moment I'm taking the alternate route every day! Sometimes I wish they would just give you a day for starting rather than a vague general statement. It was really nice today so bugger about them missing out on a good day Our RedInk Build Thread - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64118&p=1004131#p1004131 ** Timeline Page 1 Moved In - 19.12.13 Re: Redink Trinity, waiting for the weather..... 192Sep 26, 2013 11:49 am Possibly a little rain today, but it should only be cloudy tomorrow and the forecast for early next week is looking like we'll be having some sunshine soon - fingers crossed your roof will be on by the weekend! I'm pretty sure the house across the road from us only took one day to put their colorbond on. The site next door to us was having their slab poured this morning - luckily we were awake and getting ready for work before 7am otherwise I would have been rather peeved at the noise they were making before they are legally allowed to start work. It was bad enough we had to ask them to move the cement truck parked right across our driveway so we could leave! That is the only problem when you are one of the first to move in, you have to live in a building site for a while, lots of 7am starts! Well the good news is our colorbond is going on as I type!! Drove past this morning and the guys were there so hopefully it should be finished either today or tomorrow! I'm working this arvo till 9.30pm then back for a 7am start so won't be able to get up to have a look till tomorrow arvo, hopefully I can have my colorbond moment picture then!!! building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Re: Redink Trinity,Colorbond!!!!!! 195Sep 26, 2013 2:17 pm Yay for progress!! I just hope that construction is finished right next door to us before our bub is born! Our CLO reckons we should be locked out by the end of the month and it will be 12-16 weeks after that till handover, so still looking like January then. building with Redink Prestart 21/3/13 Slab down 12/6/13 Brickwork started 5/8/13 Brickwork finished 26/8/13 Roof frame 6/9/13 Colorbond 26/9/13 Grey float 11/10/13 white set 17/10/13 Can you give advice on how to get missing certificates needed for a form 21?
