We have 2mts falling away from the road over 50mts. I don't know how to add pics on here, but the main thing we need to be concerned with is drainage. It will cost you a lot in site costs, you may want to look at a split-level home. You also need to check your council's regs, for instance Maitland Council has a restriction of 900 cut/700 fill.
