Re: FH's Custom Build 863Dec 18, 2014 8:35 pm What a gorgeous entry hall (and chandelier)! I've been over your whole thread and disappointed I couldn't see the piccies of your beautiful metallix brick (or any pics at all) Re: FH's Custom Build 864Dec 18, 2014 8:38 pm Yes I went through and deleted most of them. It's quite a full on process building a house but oh so worth it. The pantry/utility is my fave room.... Who did the pantry for you? BLOG: http://www.ourphoenix38.blogspot.com.au H1 THREAD: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70454 Re: FH's Custom Build 872Dec 21, 2014 5:52 pm We knew what we wanted but had an interior designer work out the exact dimensions of each cupboard. We then used the builders cabinetry company(supreme kitchens) to make up and install. They also did a wir install which was cheap and looks good too which i can take photo of if you are interested? Also our laundry is huge with built in ironing board and laundry basket which I also love Re: FH's Custom Build 873Dec 21, 2014 6:52 pm That would be great thanks. Are they glass doors to the pantry? BLOG: http://www.ourphoenix38.blogspot.com.au H1 THREAD: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70454 Re: FH's Custom Build 874Dec 21, 2014 6:56 pm Yes glass doors. My hubbie wanted to see what was in the pantry and I wanted doors so glass was the compromise. Funny because it is what we get complimented about the most. Because it's out of sight it does not matter if it is a mess. Generally because I have so much storage space in there its pretty tidy.well except for the counter top which is the dumping ground Re: FH's Custom Build 876Dec 21, 2014 7:25 pm Please excuse the mess.
WIR, I think it was basically a BIR fit out but they added end panels to make it look 'nicer'. In the kitchen is items I use everyday. The rest are in the pantry/utility room. This pull out pantry is great in the kitchen for condiments that I use regularly such as butter and tomato sauce. I also have a huge pull out bin (4 compartments) which is a god send. We opted for fewer but bigger rooms which suits our lifestyle, now I think I am done Re: FH's Custom Build 877Dec 21, 2014 9:22 pm Thanks, the cainet work looks good. Would you recommend the company? We have a lot of cabinet and robes to do after handover. I don't know about recommending them as I have not seen enough of there work. Our bed was made by BUILT and I would recommend them, they also drew up all the interior plans for our cabinetry. Not something they usually do unless they are also making the cabinetry but they were just starting out. They have done some amazing work including for Lysandra from the block. http://builtfurniture.com.au/ Re: FH's Custom Build 879Dec 21, 2014 9:36 pm Thanks!! Very transforma and I love transforma furniture! Kids must be stoked about the lawn lawn looks lush. Amazing how much difference a bit of lawn makes. I'd get the gutters to match your roof and pipes to match the paint - otherwise they become a feature. Nice pick with the paint colours! 1 34240 6 55176 A quick update, we didn't have site start before Easter. Summit can't seem to give me a day when they are scheduled to begin, so I'm left with a vague "within 10-20… 4 26733 |
