Good Day everyone

Been a lurker in the forums for quite some time reading about other's wonderful home building tips and journey.

It is our turn now to build our very first own home, and I thought I'd share the journey of the build with Perth Home Builders/Rosmond Homes as there's only a couple of people building with them here.

As we have a 320sqm land, we have to move upward

We are building "The Cambridge", which is a 4 Bed 2 Bath with all living upstairs and activities downstairs.

Quick retaining wall question. Is the one to the left, with the fence on top, done for your build or was it already there?

Thats the retaining and fence of the rear unit

I think that picture angle created an illusion that it is one my plot :lol:

OMG, one moment you have a few pics of a slab and site clean, next your suspended slab is done, your killing it! Looks great

Your off to a good start, dont be shy with the photos

Quality Controller looks like a tuff customer

I will be happy if we are in within 6 months. :z:

I have always made sure they knew I would be happy to spend more time thus to ensure I got the quailty I wanted. ::cool::

hi 1rocky, we are quite pleased with the progress, since the slab went down sometime November last year :z:

the builder is also happy to accommodate some changes as well after starting the build

great experience building with them so far.
