Lock up to Handover - Homebuyers centre WA

I'm not sure anyone can help exactly, and im not sure if there is a definate answer i just want a range i suppose.
We have just gotten to Lock Up and were wondering what the approximate time it would take to reach practical completion with Homebuyers centre mainly.

I would like to just get other peoples experience just to get a rough average i suppose.
I good guide is the house is around half finished at Lock up so double the time from the start on site.

Garage Door Centre Pillar is 2 different levels

Hi, have purchased a house with 2 single garage doors. The Centre pillar one side sits proud to the other. Can I change 2 doors into one. Please see picture.
