Re: chandler alfresco in the barossa 85Apr 30, 2013 12:32 pm Do any of us qualify for the 18weeks? Zub and myself are out, what about lucinda, davelle, deluxes, davcar? Hope we are in before the new year. i am worried that wet weather is going to push it out further than 26 weeks Re: chandler alfresco in the barossa 88Apr 30, 2013 8:32 pm We're out too. We modified the plan and are having our paving & driveway done. Pfft. That's just lovely! Thanks for finding the details and fine print out though Hachy... At least we know now not to bank on 18 weeks Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=66299 Slab: 16/6/14 Frame: 4/7/14 Roof: 22/7/14 Lock Up: 20/8/14 Fixing: 26/8/14 PCI: 9/10/14 Handover: 20/10/14 Re: chandler alfresco in the barossa 89Apr 30, 2013 11:50 pm No, we don't qualify for 18 weeks--modified the plan, paving and driveway, floor coverings, stone benchtop, the list goes on. Luckily for us we are not in a hurry. The longer it takes the longer we have to try to save some money to pay for it all and maybe to sell our place here. We are thinking we might have handover around Easter next year. Hope however that the build is speedy for those of you who do need to have your places finished. Must add a lot of stress thinking about where you'll live if you need to move before completion.
