I'm having such a hard time choosing tiles. I hate them all. The sad thing is I know what I want but because their supplier is National Tiles.... who carries crap I can't have it. We have a tile appointment on Wed this week and my partner is prepared to go bad cop since at this point they will prob shoot me If i demand they use another supplier considering I have managed to get away with using my own supplier for taps, door handles , appliances , and my marble backsplash but every time i look at the tile I " don't hate" I want to throw it out a window..... and its one I don't even hate Decorate your home. I'm happy with the porcelain tiles we chose for the bathroom floors but we only chose plain ones for the walls. Won't really know how it's going to look til they're on. Ours was Beaumont Tiles. I hope you'll be able to settle on something. The tessellated tiles are for the entry way. I'm hoping it will look awesome. It doesn't fit with everything else in the house. I love tessellated tiles I think they give such character especially since its rare to see two that match. They have their own personalities and its not something everyone else is going to have especially if you were allowed to pick your tiles out and choose the pattern. Decorate your home. I'm going to treat this like its a problem at work. My boss hates people who complain without a solution so I'm going to get my ducks in a row and say look nothing that national tiles has suits and i have found. A B C and D who will supply the tiles and I will bear the full cost. The cost of ripping them out and redoing them would be far more than the cost of sourcing the tiles myself. Decorate your home. Beaumont's don't do the tessellated ones, they get another mob to do it but I can find out who if you like & also post some pics. Thanks Stormy. Haha, well I think so but I'm biased! They rang today to say one of the tile colours is 'out of stock' and a re-order takes 3 months. That's ok, you've only had our order for 6 months. Not happy Jan ... I wanted to add some colour with the splash back but that wasn't possible with the range provided so that splashback is a light-ish grey (obviously it's not in yet). Will bring in some colours with decor I suppose, but not too much. Here's what they've proposed and it's not that different from our original design.
