It looks like a cottage or something that would fit in just right in the Hamptons. Cant wait to see the rest Decorate your home. Re: Classic style weatherboard Melbourne - Last of the Roofi 158Aug 01, 2013 1:28 pm Lately we've been having a good think about our front door/entrance. As mentioned a few pages back, the standard lead lighting looks like this (ignore the colour scheme of the door). Not only that, but we were almost decided on painting the front door this colour: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Therefore, we felt lead lighting scheme had to change. I'm soooo glad I rang yesterday because the order had been placed and they were going to make it tomorrow! So we took a last minute trip to Elaine (1.5 hours from Melb!) to the glass maker and had a look in the flesh at different options, taking along some photos of colour schemes we liked. Here's what we had in mind (colour scheme not necessarily the pattern): Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ So here's what they worked out for us: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ (please ignore the door/frame colour) With these colours: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Note: the whole border will be blue not just the sides. He was just showing us the alternative. So very cool. Really impressed this is all hand made locally in Victoria.
