Okay so we signed our building contract last Sunday and got the plans etc from our rep on Monday which we signed to, after work I found a measurement on a sliding door that was wrong and emailed the rep asking if this was an error etc to try and sort it out before it went into head office to save stuffing around with the final drawings!
Emailed again on thursday as we had no reply, still nothing so called friday night to make sure he'd received it said he would get it done on Saturday and still nothing!
Am I being unreasonable? I would of thought that one little simple question should surely be answered within a week not over a week?!?!
Sent an email last night just as a little reminder but still nothing
Should I be giving him the rest of the day and then consider ringing management etc to try stay on top of things or just let him go and wait for a reply?! My one absolute hate is people working in customer service jobs that aren't actually any good at customer service! (I've had to pretty much chase him up on everything through the whole quoting process)
We were really excited to sign etc but seems as soon as we did the sales rep has no interest helping us at all anymore!
