Hi peeps,
Just got the information regarding my neighbors from Camden council and I'm a bit surprised with one of them . My adjacent block is still with Leppington Pastoral company, the same company from which we bought our land (I'm guessing everyone bought from them). I'm struggling to understand as to why they would just keep one block and sell rest of them. Have they done that in other streets/releases? FYI ours is a builder block and we only got it through a land and home package. Any pointers peeps?
Thanks in advance .

Although I may be completely wrong but it could have something to do with the underground train route. In August last year, OP sales office sent letters to everyone whose land could potentially be affected by the train route. They were given option to rescind their contract and all the monies paid will be refunded in full. So I am assuming it might just be one of them and the developer bought the block back.
Oh nooooo . It would be catastrophic for us if that's the case. In saying that we didn't receive any letter from OPT in that regard. I'm assuming they would have sent us a letter as well if train line was indeed going underneath our home. At the time I spoke to Craig from Greenfields and he assured me that with either proposal (Govt's or OPT's) Tess Circuit would be un-affected. We did not buy the land from the developer directly, but from the builder who was allocated that land. Could it be the reason why we were not sent that letter? I'm concerned now. Thanks anyway
