Surely it couldn't have gone up that much in 4 months. Maybe it has something to do with different locations. Honestly though, if it had of been $800 we still would have changed our mortar. Our Norfolk has had bricks completed now and we couldn't be happier with the colour of the bricks with the mortar. Congratulations on a start date though. That is really exciting. If this is a custom build then I would expect the builder to set out the door frame closer to the wall to avoid the gap between architrave and the wall and or specify… 9 6297 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
