My discrepancy is incorrect fill and compaction on my block which is in fault of them due to unable to fill my land without a decent amount of compaction
which i have provided them all the information proving that there own QC is wrong
therefor my land is extremely volatile and will most defiantly have an extreme amount of movement
why do you think your site has 30k worth of works? Its been designed to withstand the volatility (somewhat). You had early warning signs right there, but you still went ahead (i presume)
3or 5 bore holes are not going to tell you the full story right, which is what your first report probably has. Secondly your new report is likey to have take samples from different areas of the site. That isnt villawood's fault that theres difference sin the samples, that's the nature of your site.
Also the people providing the reports are independent to the builder, so your beef is with them if anything, however, like i said, there is only so much a couple of holes in the ground over your entire block will tell you. Your site costs should have been the redflag.
If you've already built on that, thats is unfortunate. If you havent, I would sell up and save yourself the likleyhood of further issues down the track. You might lose a few grand now, but imagine how much more you will be out of pocket if your footings end up failing.
