What's the specs of the pool? How were you able to get it so close to the house? Thank you! It is 10.7 metres x 2.5 metres. The pool is 1.2 metres off the house wall and 1.2 metres off the boundary fence. We couldn't have the pool at the rear of the house due to the sewer running through the middle of the back yard. We originally were told it could be 3 metres wide but due to pipes being laid side by side (instead of on top of each other) down the side of the house we couldn't go any closer. (If we had built a house or pool previously we would have known what to do and what not to do, but as we were complete novices we stuffed a few things up. Would have been very helpful though to have had a better line of communication from both the house builder and especially the pool builder) It's fine though, nice amount of room to walk down the side of the house to the front. As is the case with everyone, lots of work still to be done. A lotto win would be really handy about now! I started to go through old posts looking for names/numbers however was taking a bit too long. I have heard a few stories of bad driveway jobs so maybe some names of who to steer clear of also.
