I would like to know what are the things that we shouldn't try and scrimp on, but things MUST be done at the building stage as they are impossible, too hard or too expensive to try and do later??? Air con also a must in a double storey at build. Water tap behind fridge if you wish to have a fridge with that function. Measure your fridge plus a fridge that you may purchase in the future to make sure it will fit. If you are having Niches in the shower they must get down on the build due to water proofing etc...
