Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 03, 2013 1:25 pm Hi Everyone, We recently bought a land in Crace Canberra ACT. Now we are seeking for a qualified builder to build our house. We have talked to a couple of builders and we shortlist out selection to "Today's home and Classic constructions". After talking with both of these two builders, I can't really see big differences in terms of building process between them. However, the price are quite different in that Classic is way more expensive than Today's though I am aware that Classic probably get a slight better reputation. Has anyone got any experiences working with any of them? Any information will be appreciated. Thank you. Re: building in crace 2May 24, 2013 11:42 pm Hello: We bought in crace too. Unfortunately our land already tied up with the vogue construction, we don't really choose other builder. They are building more than 5 houses in my street so I have many references. They are expensive compare with volume builder but they used better supplies and higher standard as they said. go upvc window frames ensure insulation under colorbond. not just sarking, lighter color roof also not sure if you have seen this viewtopic.php?t=5823 last couple of pages… 4 110591 Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11039 |
