We signed a contract with a builder on a plan that included 31c ceiling height in the theatre, however when the building company mailed us a formal copy of the plan, the 31c has been manually crossed out and therefore the ceiling height will become a std 28c. Given that we signed off on the 31c theatre ceiling and we have a copy of the original plan, should we insist on them building to the original plan or ask for something else as a compromise?
