We eventually met with our new SS who seemed helpful enough, we are getting 4 bricks replaced which were all broken, he reckons the builders just chanced their arm as they would have known not to lay those. Our CLO seems to get in touch if something is wrong or she needs to ask a quick question, but like you we were told she would call every fortnight I had to email today again because the sparky has put a cable for wall light where there should have been a ceiling light, grrrr So we will get that fixed, there have been a few hiccups, hoping thats them all done and over with...wishful thinking Roof tiles start today so I will update with more pics soon Thank you for the tips too Hi there Obsessed Kitty! I'm so excited for you, did the slab get laid this week? I know what you mean about the weather, I was panicking when I saw one of the bedrooms under an inch of water lol. We are building in Secret Harbour and I think the land was 250k with the house being around that too, and we ended up spending about 20-30k on upgrades. Its our first home so we kept it small, the land is only about 480sqm, so we have got a tiny back garden. Thank you for the tile advice. I love the look of gloss but I knew I would have gone crazy cleaning every spec of dust etc they would show up. I have tried to get a sample tile but they are not in yet...dying to have it all picked out so I can stop stressing out lol Building Gemmill's 'The Gallery' Full Timeline On Page 1 Jan 16th - block cleared and compacted Jan 24th - SLABBED!!!
