The only issue being that the block is a corner, and is 16x23 metres, the reason I say an issue is that ideally I would locate the garage on the longer side to the rear and at this stage i have been unable to find a standard plan that accommodates this. Does anyone have any experience building on a corner block, with the garage to the rear? At this stage we would not be pursuing an Architecturally designed house, due to cost.
