Starting fees that don't go on the mortgage.

Hi! I'm wondering what people paid in fees so I have an idea of how much extra I need saved beyond the mortgage deposit. So far I have council fees in at around $3000 for the CDC and section 68. Approx 1600 for draftsman and 1000 for solicitors. Are there other fees I need to work in that come before I get the first home owners grant at first draw down?
Stamp Duty.
Luckily first home buyers get an exemption from stamp duty in nsw at the moment so I shouldn't have to pay that.
