You can order through Rivoland Tiles. I got a sample but had to wait for it to come from Sydney. They were well over our allowance at $66m2. It's fantastic to see so many Googong residences on here. The next lot of settlements should be very soon. Patricia indicated this week (but we are now Thursday) so perhaps early next week??? but than I should know better than to hold my breath right. Re: Anybody building at Googong ? 1348May 08, 2014 5:13 pm Enporched Enporched, The Landscaping plan is pretty easy to do as along you read the guidelines. Here is ours to give you an idea on what they need from you, I just used Paint in windows to do the first one and photoshop for the other one. Gave my other half a really good idea on how it would like. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Wow, thanks so much for that. They look fantastic! Lots happening out there today Our brickwork is finished YAY Roof should go on in the next few days Pagdia I saw your roof being done, they had about 1/2 finished when we went past this arvo. Mr2psht your block looks like its coming along nicely, noticed your neighbours slab has been poured is that GardinerGang? Seems to be houses popping up everywhere, I do have a bit of house envy of the 2 storey Rawson one up the top of Baker Cres they are going to have some beautiful views Re: Anybody building at Googong ? 1351May 08, 2014 8:39 pm CIC told us that we could attach one of the suggested designs from the guidelines when we submitted our plans for approval. We got a landscape architect to draw up a design for us and thought at the time that it was a waste of money and time. The design was all natives, which I'd specifically said that I didn't want in the garden. Our landscaper spoke with him about changing it, and the landscape architect didn't charge us or the amendments. I'd love a gardenia hedge, but it would take a long time to grow. Hi Solitaire fans, gardenia's are beautiful. Some species don't take ages to grow but they do like their water and rich soil. Came in about 2k more than palings for about 110m with 3 gates. Thanks uncyspam, that's a good guide. I have to start calling fence companies and get quotes. We requested Googong to contact our neighbours with our details so I have received a couple of calls already from neighbours on our back boundary. Hopefully all our neighbours can fit the extra cost into their budget.
