I have spent hours to read all the posts here which is eye-opening. We bought an old house in Pymble last year and looking to rebuild it. Young Homes, Binet Homes and Eden Brae Homes are among the list of builders we prefer. You mentioned that the quality of Young Homes not matched the price tag. Do you mean some specific items in the house or the overall quality? Sorry to dig this out but I just want to know where to look at should we go with them. Thanks. Hi Sunhill, This is the first time I have checked the forum for ages ![]() I must say that my mind has certainly changed since I made that comment about the quality. I'd certainly build with Young Homes again now, mainly because they are so good with after build service. They still tend to issues after all this time. I now think their quality is top notch & have no hesitation in recommending them. Good luck with your build ! Sorry, but nothing much has changed with the house since the last few pics - apart from knocks & scratches from our little boy ![]() Once the summer comes & the lawn looks healthier, I'll take some more pics of the garden, as it's looking quite established now. You have managed to build a beautiful house that fits so well in an established area.
