Does that mean you can move in without it? I am worried about our landscaping getting done quickly enough to get the OC. If we can move in and do the work gradually it would be much better. However, our landscaping took three months & we were not prepared to wait that long. You can get a temporary OC, for six months. We thought we had everything done for the proper OC, until we found out about the changes we needed to make to the land title for the retention/detention tank. That took another two months... and lots of solicitor fees ! I think you have a magnificent house, decorated with style and much skill. But it's more than "a house" it's a home. And that's evident even with the immaculate study ( how the hell do you do that???) I adore your house. It wouldn't be something Dh would choose but I'd love it.
