Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 17, 2013 10:49 am Hi all, We're building our first home in Cranbourne East , in Devine's Parks Edge estate (Map or information). As the estate is brand new and neighbours another new estate, Livingston, I thought this might be a good place to start a new thread for anyone moving to the area. The whole Berwick-Cranbourne road corridor is a very up and coming development area, other neighbouring estates include Pasadena, Selandra Rise, the Hunt Club as well as another Raine and Horne estate (sorry I can't find its name) and not to forget Cascades on Clyde (slightly further out). It is safe to assume that there will be a lot of families moving in soon and a lot of people who already live in the area. Now that our construction is nearly complete a differently exciting time begins with moving in and setting up etc . We're looking to move in by Feb - only a few weeks away... so let me know where you are and here's a BIG HI bought land - Oct' 11 Builder decided - Nov' 11 deposits paid - Mar' 12 Land titled -Sep' 12 Site start - 29 Sep 12 Home handed and moved in - 31 Jan 13 Re: HI from newbies in Cranbourne East, Victoria 2May 19, 2013 5:37 pm Hi Smiely!
