As we had to go with one of PD's new facades and they do not as yet have any images available, I decided to take our final plan and do it myself in Photoshop with our own colour selections.

Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Check Out our PD Facade 2Apr 13, 2008 5:15 pm Whilst I've made a couple of post of late critical of contemporary designs, and some people probably think I'm a anti-post modernist crusader.....I did see a house similar to this with a striking red door and similar facade on my field trip yesterday.
It looked really good...it stood out from the crowd in a good way. If I remember which street it was in I'll take a piccy and post. We were actually a little disappointed initially as we had selected a different facade but were unable to have it due to a number of others building with PD within 5 or 6 homes either side already booked in. Infact in the end we only had a choice of two facades - both new (plans only). Anyhow we now prefer this one by far. The only place we saw this facade was last weekend on a new display in Craigieburn, but it's not actually the Regent home and completely different colours. It did however give us a bit of a feel for it. The portico height is considerably taller than the other facades which we really like. Luv to see the photo of the place you saw. Also check with your builder re: the black door, I know a number of builders say you will void the warranty if you choose a dark coloured front door...not sure why but worth asking... I love how you have used the program to get an idea of colours - remind me to call on you when I need help with my Cremorne exterior
