I have also taken the study out and made linen, ensuite and main WIR much bigger. I moved the shower in second bathroom to behind the door as i thought there was wasted space in front of toilet door. I also prefer to have toilet in laundry so when we or teenage kids are entertaining out back no one has to go through the house to use the loo. I also put in study nook near kitchen then pulled out back wall to extend back 2 rooms and WIR slightly. I also made walk in pantry bigger. Didnt really cost much at all to make those changes, more cost in the bigger cabinets in laundry and bathrooms. I have made other changes like making all benchtops higher.
