I'm not sure about Timbertop. Some friends just bought there, and my dad did a lot of the work for the blocks.
I think its a lovely estate, and the setting is very pretty.. but there's nothing there, no shops, no schools.. if you don't drive your stuffed. So I'm not sure what the big draw is.. there's no public transport, as the station is a bit of a distance.. and I know they are putting in the town center in Officer, but that's still going to take years and its still quite a distance from the estate..

Aloenyx, look at Narre Warren North and Old Berwick. The houses get high value due the elevation, larger blocks. (In Old Berwicks case it's leafy). Officer it's self will go through the roof in pricing (All Officer) due the it's the center of Cardina (Shire Offices and future town center).
Due to urban growth my kids will be living in drouin or further as that will be affordable for 1st home buyers in 10 to 20 years.
