Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 07, 2013 3:37 pm We have signed the house contract on 30 June 2012 with a builder to get the FHB grant ($26500). We are building soon. But now our financial condition is changed and would like to change the house design to a low cost one. The builder says you can change it by putting an application through Revenue office about the change in fiscal situation and they will approve it and still allow the FHB grant. A few of my friends advise me that Rev office people and are very strict and they will forfeit my FHB grant and they will disqualify me from getting the grant even for a reversal of the plan. Does anyone have any experience or advise in relation to this. I don't wanna miss the grant even in my dreams! Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes. 1 35305 5 10459 2 2959 |
