It's my tips on being prepared http://www.limeandmortar.com/2015/01/preparing-for-prestart-meeting.html Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build - Remaining Stone 2925Jan 15, 2015 11:10 pm LeanneR Yay did my usual check through all windows and was surprised to see stone. Yay!! Footpath that was all broken is now replaced Missing stone from kitchen is in plus my peep hole photo of shopper entrance Glimpse of his/her mirrors - may need these moved as I asked for 30cm gap between for shelving. Will see how it looks once I get in there. If need stay where it is ill get custom shelves made or something Can I ask please, the land past your footpath, was that council land? If so did they pay for paving or landscaping or did you have to foot the bill. Turns out we have an extra 5 m of land past the path out the front of our property we will be building. Love you blog by the way Contracts signed 29/10/14 Titles issued 19/12/14 Land settled 8/01/15 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75228 Building with Blueprint Homes in Providence Wellard Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build 2926Jan 16, 2015 1:41 pm Thank you From curb to footpath is council land. They dont pay for anything. We paid for paving and did ourselves with their approval. Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build 2927Jan 18, 2015 5:05 pm I love everything...still! Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build 2930Mar 08, 2015 2:59 pm Hey melsie they were $95 a scoop they are rainbow stone 10mm (smaller size, better coverage) from the place near Port kennedy salvos Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build 2932Mar 08, 2015 3:44 pm I think maybe pea gravel and blue stone are cheaper than rainbow stone Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build 2933Mar 09, 2015 1:45 am Wow. I have just read this novel from start to finish! My journey seems to be starting out the same way yours has (very frustrating!) you have given me hope that I will have forgotten all of this madness in a few months. I noticed too I have chosen the same big white (I call them disco ball) tiles! It's great to see them on a wall surrounded by cupboards as it gives me an idea of what they will actually look like! I'm stoked they look so cool My topic thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=76249&start=20#p1316378 Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build 2934Mar 09, 2015 1:04 pm Wow that is a lot of reading!
