On the flip side if they are using new tradies on your house maybe they'll do a really good job in the hope they get more work from your builder. Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Gone to Scheduling 645May 15, 2013 9:19 am Can only hope! My CA was really helpful in last couple months (I even sent chocolate flowers) but she can often get details wrong. DH is really wanting a tap. He said it will make it finally seem like something is actually happening with our file etc. I'm actually feeling quite relaxed. First time in months! Although I still have my days of come on give me a slab! Haha Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Gone to Scheduling 646May 15, 2013 10:24 pm LeanneR I'm actually feeling quite relaxed. First time in months! Although I still have my days of come on give me a slab! Haha Still remember that feeling oh so well!! The lead up to the slab is painful!!! Won't be long now though.... Please recommend me some liquid limestone companies you have used or friend/families have used and are happy with. We want a company that use the mesh. Ive worked out we have around 80m2 to do. Would prefer email contact so I can keep track of who said what price etc I know everyone has mentioned companies they've used but theres too many PMs and pages to go through (LAZY) haha Thank you ! We also just reached scheduling and received a call on Tuesday saying that the earthworks will begin this week and we'll have a slab within 2-3 weeks so hopefully yours moves along quickly as well Nitro The Village at Wellard Homebuyers Centre Ultimate Entertainer (Custom) Our Home Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=61358 Re: Leanne's Baldivis Build #2 - Recommend Liquid Limestone 650May 16, 2013 7:02 pm Hi Leanne not sure if I've mentioned to you previously but we had our limestone done with 'Wayne's poured limestone and concrete'. He pours limestone 90 - 100mm deep plus mesh for $65sqm. Obviously that's $10 dearer than average but most of the other companies only pour 75mm and no mesh - obviously if you want to pay more they will include it. Can easily get contact details from google. Couldn't be happier with our job, and ours was a big job as well. Building the Riva by Dale Alcock Homes. I hope to think I have done the best with the space I had, though I still think I could have done things differently When we decided to build the kitchen was one thing I wouldn't compromise on, probably could have 31c ceiling for what I spent on the kitchen CDC Housing Code 3 When to apply Floor Area external face of wall vs Gross Floor Area internal face of wall.
