The Gallery move is certainly a good one. Performs a function and is not intrusive. Put a tick beside that one.
With regard to the bedroom, putting the need for a duct aside, are you happy with the layout? Is it what you want? I'd hate to think you are compromising because of the duct.
If it's the layout you want then great. If not, keep thinking.
Personally I'm not a fan of sliding doors or going through a WIR to get to an ensuite. But this is a personal prefence only.
At least if you walk out of the ensuite/WIR naked and someone opens the bedroom door you'll be promptly notified!

Thanks for your comments.
The reason I'm using sliding doors is saving space, same reason for going to ensuite through WIR to have a longer wall.
If you have a better idea, I’d love to hear ^_^

I agree the sliding door needs to be moved away from the back of the bedroom door.
Maybe the bedroom door could open the other way assuming you had enough room for it to swing?

It makes sense though. I can’t see any other purpose for the pipes in that location and all the neighbours have covered theirs. But I want to be sure before covering them.
