Well it has been almost 12 months since we started our journey with 101 and we are now at plate height with the pod to go on next week.
We have had our fair share of dramas getting to this point due in the main to confusion between what the salesman put on the PCQ, what we wanted and what the office thought we all meant together with a lack of communication
However all our dramas changed when we finally got to pre-start part 2 (who would have thought you could have 2 Prestart meetings) and were matched with an exceptional young lady as our Prestart Consultant. She not only helped with all of our selections she also understood our frustrations to date and took ownership to get things right. She ensured that issues were escalated and even though the office had officially closed for the Christmas break she managed to get our slab booked in for mid January when they returned from their break rather than waiting until after the Chrissy break to book the slab.
Since then we have a great CLO and have met our SS who is new to 101 and brought a great team of brickies with him and ours was their first job with 101. Brickies did a great job and our independent Building Inspector was complimentary of the quality of their work
We have had our fair share of issues to date and no doubt there will likely be more as we travel on this awesome journey of building our home.
Below are the plans for anyone interested and I'll endeavour to upload some more photos and progress as we go.
