Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 10, 2014 9:03 pm we are looking into building our second house atm and i am doing some research especially on pricing so we can work out finances etc and what we definately want in the build(upgrades etc) and what can get left off the list. one of the things i am looking at upgrading if we do build again is upgrading the bricks. the bricks are either $210 or $477 per 1000bricks to upgrade. my question is how many thousands of bricks go into a house? without any modifications the house is 294.45m2 or 31.62sq. if we do some alterations to the plan it is 331.79m2.
