hi all have been lurking around for awhile. live on the north coast of NSW and building with adenbrook.
we have lived in our first home for over 26 years and decided at the beginning of 2012 that we needed a bigger home.
we looked around found the land we wanted. did have builder then but due to some issues we went looking for another builder and came across the display home of adenbrook and the lovely people who work for them including the sales lady karen also matt and luke.
we put in to have a start date in November and the team has been awesome.
adenbrook started 15 nov to build our custom dream home

we choose and bought our own tiles from colortile as well as carpet.
we also choose and bought our own lights and light switches also powerpoints
the media room selection
including leadman for all the walls
media cabinet limed ash

our kitchen will have
essastone white truffle bench tops with waterfall ends
glass splashback harbour blue in both the pantry and the kitchen
900mm wide oven
microwave built in
bar back new graphite
sink will be a double butler stainless steel
tap will be dorf jovian pull out

I love your floor plan and how the bedrooms are separate and private to the living areas. NEVER apologise for photos - there is no such thing as too many photos

we discussed with andrew from adenbrook what we wanted and he came up with this.
we have also have a step up from the garage (which has 12 foot high ceilings ) to the entrance hall

our pool will be near the alfresco and look something like this
we are also going to tile around the pool
have a glass pool fence at the front near the house and black fencing around the sides
anyway that is what we are hoping for

here are selections for the doors
caroma quatro for the bathroom including taps
the walls will be grey pebble quarter do not have a pic of it but we saw the color in the display home and loved it

You're selections look great. I like the aggregate. The black specs add some interest to it.

Is the 260sqm including garage, alfresco & porch? If yes, $3000 should get you pretty decent custom builders like Elliot Hardie. Have you found a builder yet?
