I see this sentiment everywhere and I don't understand it. Dale Alcock and Aveling Homes are both in the business of building houses and they both buy their building supplies locally in WA. the ABN Group is a much bigger building group than Aveling Homes, and as such when they buy their building materials, they get a cheaper price. If Dale Alcock and Aveling built the same home, Dale Alcock would sell it cheaper because their costs are lower. The reason Dale Alcock is more expensive than Aveling is because you get more. Better quality materials, better quality standard finishes, better quality everything. Saying that you prefer Aveling to Dale Alcock because Aveling gave you a better price is like saying you prefer Toyota to BMW for giving you a better price. 4 14398 Unless there is something in special conditions the builder does not have to give you timeline.
