I know what I want with regards to downlights, pendants etc. But I am confused with what kinds of lighting I should put in particular areas, for example the stairway. Also, I know that 80% of the home needs to be energy efficient. Does anyone know of an online resource that can help me determine which lights fit into these categories? If I want to put a fluro in the butlers pantry for example, is this energy efficient?
