Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building the Atlantique Mk2 with Carlisle Homes 41Jun 13, 2013 1:01 pm So our PCI on 31st May, went pretty well. New Home Inspections met us there on the day, Kevin in fantastic and is worth every cent. There were a few things on the report that need to be done or repaired, and we are just waiting to hear back from Carlisle in regards to their response. Hoping we will get our settlement date today! Hope you are all settled into your new home Andystar70! We are not looking forward to moving through winter, our backyard looks like a big mud slide Voni, your build is moving along so quickly! We renovated the house we are in now, so l feel for you!! l don't think you are really that far behind us Re: Building the Atlantique Mk2 with Carlisle Homes 42Jun 13, 2013 1:30 pm Hi Willow2012 Wow a move in date, that's awesome. I'm so glad that your PCI went so well. You're right we're not that far behind you. I got a phone call from our site supervisor on Friday last week and he said that he has put in for our PCI date which should happen in the beginning of July. Apparently the tile person has been in and has finished the tiling and then there are a few more things to be done but then it's all finished. Which freaks me out a bit as the whole process has gone so quickly and we're still renovating and getting this house ready for sale; although we're almost there now so I can't really complain. I know what you mean about moving in the middle of winter,,,I'm not looking forward to that part either. Let us know when you get your move in date, hopefully it will be a nice sunny day the day you move in! voni74 building Atlantique MK2 with Carlisle Homes Contract signed 05/12/12 Site cut 19/03/13 Slab pour 10/04/13 Frame 22/04/13 Lock-up 14/05/13 Re: Building the Atlantique Mk2 with Carlisle Homes 43Jun 13, 2013 1:55 pm Wow congratulations Voni!!! Nearly a PCI date Our site start was 6/12 so your build really has gone fast Hoping it will all work out prefect timing for you with finishing the renovations and a settlement date! l have had my phone on me all day because l don't want to miss a call from our site supervisor in case he calls l am starting to think though that maybe we aren't going to get our settlement date just yet as he was meant to call us yesterday, and he always calls if he has something to tell us... My youngest son will love the mud, he will be filthy from head to toe every chance he gets. He LOVES getting dirty, we might have to invest in an outdoor bath for him Re: Building the Atlantique Mk2 with Carlisle Homes 44Jun 21, 2013 4:08 pm So our house is nearly finished according to our SS. I just got a phone call from him today for our weekly update. Our wood floors are to be finished tomorrow morning, then next Tuesday the site clean up happens and Wednesday they do the rendering, then next Friday is the inspection from the construction manager and if all goes well the week after is our PCI. I cannot believe how quickly they have finished our house! It's mind blowing. Willow2012 did you finally get your move in date? How is it all going? Maybe you're already in? Love to hear from you, and some pics would be great too! voni74 building Atlantique MK2 with Carlisle Homes Contract signed 05/12/12 Site cut 19/03/13 Slab pour 10/04/13 Frame 22/04/13 Lock-up 14/05/13 Re: Building the Atlantique Mk2 with Carlisle Homes 45Jul 02, 2013 9:07 am We have a PCI date.
