Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 08, 2012 8:44 pm Anyone got any idea of how to deal with this? Our next door neighbour is building their house and the builder has being dumping all the contraction rubbish on our land next to it. The builder is Adenbrook and we've tried to contact them several times. Someone finally called back saying they will remove them soon but later on called and said the rubbish doesn't belong to them. It's very obvious the rubbish are left by them from the earthwork they did. Should we take legal action against them? Re: Construction rubbish dumped on our land 2Dec 08, 2012 9:54 pm After you living there? If handover hasn't occurred, I'd throw back the rubbish, a few straight through the window should give them the message that you won't take their ****. The only issue with legal action is you can't prove it is them. Good thing about the legal system is they can't prove it's you too. Definitely not ok tho and they should just do it. I'm glad we were one of the first blocks to start in our area as I can see other builders have done exactly what you're talking about to some of the spare blocks.
