Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 08, 2012 7:44 pm Anyone got any idea of how to deal with this? Our next door neighbour is building their house and the builder has being dumping all the contraction rubbish on our land next to it. The builder is Adenbrook and we've tried to contact them several times. Someone finally called back saying they will remove them soon but later on called and said the rubbish doesn't belong to them. It's very obvious the rubbish are left by them from the earthwork they did. Should we take legal action against them?
