Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 06, 2012 11:49 pm I signed up with Home Buyers Center for building a house, no work has been carried out on the home yet. I want to cancel the contract with them now, and they are threatening me with more than $30000 as loss of profit. Can they do that legally?
