Does anyone know how they are going to work out the Recycled Water in Marriott Waters estate in Lyndhurst.
We have spoken to Mai, apparently recycled water won't be switched over until October 08'.
What I am wanting to know is........will the builder still hook up the toilet etc to the recycled water in the meantime or will we have to pay to get it connected later on........am I making any sense whatsoever??????
Mai has said that basically once it is ready in October it will just be "switched over"......so in the meantime does the builder hook it up to the main water supply or what.....then do we have to pay extra later on to get it switched over and what is involved with them switching it over because obviously they should have to do all the plumbing for the toilets straight away........so how does it all work out??????
As you can see...I'm a bit confused.........because obviously the builder would just connect it to the one that is available now......not the one that is going to be available later.....depending on how long it takes for the recycled water to actually be hooked up properly to the estate........
I guess we just figured the recycled water would all be functional by the time we started building.....or at least by the time we moved in....ie...hooked up to toilets and working properly etc.........but now we are being told otherwise by Mai........
Does anyone have any ideas.......or has anyone experienced the same thing in another estate with recycled water???????
