All electrical work has been done.. plumbing started, they had a bit of a leak when installing the ensuite toilet and flooded the ensuite so i think this is when they stopped.. thankfully they had done all the tapware.. oven, stove top installed too.. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c167/ ... fteznj.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c167/ ... 9ll27k.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c167/ ... yay75m.jpg Home Group WA Monte Carlo Timeline on Page 1 Re: Monte Carlo, Home Group WA-Corimbia - Painting!! 470Jan 17, 2014 10:51 am Ohh lovee the kitchen sink tap Re: Monte Carlo, Home Group WA-Corimbia - Painting!! 471Jan 18, 2014 5:49 pm love your kitchen nicci, it's coming along nicely! Have you got a PCI date? Re: Monte Carlo, Home Group WA-Corimbia - Painting!! 472Jan 19, 2014 11:53 am The final touches are making it feel more real.. not date for PCI, we we had our tiling meeting the SS thought maybe mid feb but we will see what happens.. we had our landscaping meeting with toal eden and seems pretty easy.. least we dont have to do front garden this build.. our neighbour opposite us got robbed during the night(they havent moved in properly yet) and they were in and out so quickly and knew exactly where to go for what that they thought it might have been a tradie, they have the keys but tradies are still doing jobs from the building company so im getting my alarm in asap once we have the keys.. I hope your neighbour is insured, the positive side is at least at this stage things are all replaceable... Alarm and cctv are definitely the highest priority for us.
